DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
At InstaRoof, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so using the methods outlined below.
Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is through the InstaRoof app itself:
- Open the InstaRoof application and log in.
- Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
- Select Account Management.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your deletion.
Method 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
Email: support@instaroof.com
Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your account in the body of the message. We may require you to verify your identity before processing the request.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT?
Upon verifying your request, we will initiate the deletion process. This will result in:
- Permanent removal of your profile information.
- Deletion of all uploaded photos and project data associated with your account.
- Cancellation of any active subscriptions.
Note: We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as tax and financial record keeping.
